Refund Policy of Rageroom

1. General Conditions:

Rageroom offers a clear and fair refund policy for ticket cancellations. By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to the following refund terms.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund.

  • If the event is canceled by Rageroom, customers are entitled to a full refund.

  • No refunds will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Refund Process:
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to uncovered.creationz@gmail.com with the booking details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued by Banktransfer.

4. Exceptional Cases:
  • In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Supporting documentation may be required for exceptional refund requests.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy:

Rageroom reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
